Top 5 Locations in London for a lifestyle shoot

London is amazing when it comes to location choices for a lifestyle shoot. It really does have it all, endless parks in bloom, edgy streets of Shoreditch, elegant white marble of St Paul's - I can go on! In this post I'd like to share five of my favourite locations for a lifestyle shoot in London.

Leadenhall Market

Leadenahall Market is a covered market located on Gracechurch Street It is one of the oldest markets in London, dating from the 14th century, and is located in the historic centre of the City of London financial district.

Shoreditch

There are so many great locations in Shoreditch, they serve an amazing and edgy backdrop for very creative sessions. I have had a number of shoot there and there is always something special about them all.

Pergola Gardens

Pergola Gardens are part of the Hampstead Heath Park and it has got to be one of my absolutely favourite locations, especially in autumn. Ideal for a maternity shoot also.

Greenwich Park

Now Greenwich park and its surrounding areas have got to be the most versatile locations ever. In May you have the cherry blossoms, in October all threes turn copper and you have an amazing backdrop for stunning fall sessions, in December the little hidden market turns into a real Christmas marker with trees, lights and mauled wine.

St Katherine Dock

It almost takes you back in time, surrounded by old buildings, an inn, and lots and lots of boats. Completely hidden from the main attractions in the city, this place is a London hidden gem located very close to Tower Bridge, so why not adding it to your list while in the area?
